This ward can accommodate 85 dogs and 25 cats for their sterilization process.

Any wild animal brought for treatment to the hospital from Jijamata Udyan, or the Sanjay Gandhi National Park or a circus is kept in the Elephant and Camel Ward.

The aviary is very spacious which can accommodate various types of birds. The aviary has a capacity of around 150 birds.

There are two medical wards for dogs i.e. named after the donor companies - Tata Steel (TS) and Tata Power (TP). Together they have a capacity for keeping 64 dogs in independent kennels.

Unfortunately, dog owners often abandon their dogs by providing a wrong address or telephone number. Dogs are territorial and cannot be left on the road. As a result, generally 60 to 65 abandoned dogs are kept here.

Rabies: There are 6 kennels for the rabies dogs. Distemper: There are 8 kennels for the distemper cases. Gastroenteritis: There are 8 kennels for gastroenteritis cases.
